We are offering a bright, spacious 14’ x 14’ top-floor room in our 4-bedroom, 1905 Kitsilano Heritage House for Aug 1, 2026 (minimum one year stay).
Our home has 3 floors, 2 shared bathrooms, a full basement, and spare garden plots if growing vegetables/flowers is your thing. We are also close to transit, shops, and Kits Beach! The rent includes utilities/internet, washer/dryer, trampoline, and basement storage.
We are three adults living at “The Enclave - an Urban Sanctuary”, an inclusive co-living space for those who value health, wellness, creativity, and conscious living. Previous experience in cooperative or shared living is an asset. We’re seeking a mature, clean, responsible non-smoker who is environmentally conscious. We enjoy creating a peaceful, respectful home where people can recharge, pursue meaningful work, and occasionally share conversation, meals, or time in the garden.

We are 3, one a geologist, one a care worker, and myself, an international musician and endurance athlete. We have many years of combined shared living between the 3 of us. We have occasional meals together, and make house decisions together at monthly house meetings. Co-living sometimes sees a dynamic around chores not getting done - not an issue here - the house is clean. We’re health focussed, some of us garden, we have friends over, with the occasional party. I think we strike a good balance between sociability and privacy.
