Our home has 3 floors, 2 shared bathrooms, and a full basement, and is situated on a rare double-wide lot, which is perfect for gardening/creative landscaping. We are also just steps to transit, shops, and Kits Beach! The rent includes utilities/internet, washer/dryer, trampoline, and basement storage.

We are “The Enclave - an Urban Sanctuary”, a co-living space for those who value health, wellness, creativity, and conscious living. Experience with successful shared living a real asset. We’re seeking a mature, clean, responsible non-smoker who is community-minded and environmentally conscious.
