I’m looking for a female roommate to rent a private bedroom in a 2-Bed 1-Bath furnished apartment on Beltline. The place is just steps away from 17th ave and very close to transit, groceries, lots of restaurants and retail shopping. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the 8 Street and 6 Street train stations.

Rent is $1000/month with utilities (heat, electricity, water, internet) included for $100 (split $50 each) and there is in-suite laundry.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, a nightstand, desk, and chair. The room also has a mirror closet with plenty of storage space. The unit l has plenty of appliances (stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, etc.)

Hi I’m Carla! I’m 22 years old and I’m a 4th year student at SAIT getting my degree in Hospitality Management. I work in the service industry so I’m very friendly and easygoing! Travelling, going to concerts, and baking are some things I love to do. I’m also very mindful of shared spaces and like to keep them clean and tidy. I’m usually out and about or at work when I’m not at school so the place is typically quiet.
