Currently, there are 5 female tenants in the house, a mix of students (like myself) and working graduates. There are 3 tenants in the basement, but are separated from the upstairs tenants, and are quiet/respectful. We communicate via iMessage (but WhatsApp/Instagram is possible if needed). We respect each other’s schedules and space by limiting noise and notifying each other about guests/chores. Our landlord, Sam, is helpful and communicative.
