Spacious furnished room in a large house available steps from Blair LRT station and Gloucester mall (including walmart and loblaws). Perfect location for a UOttawa or La Cité student, or a professional working downtown/in the east end.

This is a good-sized bright bedroom with a large closet. It is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, library, kallax-style dresser and a side table (like the pictures). The rest of the house is also fully furnished. Common areas include a spare bedroom that is used as a shared office/storage space, large living room, dining room, kitchen, and basement storage. The shared bathroom (with 2 people) has lots of storage available and there is a huge pantry in the kitchen. There is also a balcony and a backyard for outdoor space!

Price does not include hydro, which is around 30-40$/month in the summer and 80-100$/month in the winter, depending on usage. One driveway parking is available at 60$/month and there is lots of free street parking available all around. Move in date is flexible and can later for the right fit. We are three women in our early-twenties to early thirties. I’m an ecologist and the other two work in healthcare! We are all very friendly and love doing activities together (like play board games and pickleball) but also enjoy our alone time. We have a variety of interests between the 3 of us so whether you’re looking for someone to go climbing with or someone to do arts and crafts with, we gotchu.

Two cats also live in the property, one is full of love and adores affection from anyone. The other is shy but very sweet.
