The Main floor is shared house with other tenants or Airbnb guests. Large kitchen with 4 fridges/freezer with fully equipped Kitchen. All the utilities, Wi-Fi and laundry facilities are included, NO PARKING available. Other items included are also supplied most toiletry, washing/dishwasher detergent, cleaning supplies, coffee/tea hot chocolate/Nesquik, sugar, cooking oil, olive oil, spices, tissues/paper tells.
My tenants are a mixed of long term tenants, short duration ok projects, or Airbnb short term guests.
