Hello, my names Aaron.

I’m looking to fill two rooms in a house that two of my buddies are moving out from. I have been renting this house with friends for a year and a half now. The two gentlemen moving out are both good guys and me and my remaining roommate are sad to see them have to go. This leaves two rooms open come August 1st. A large bedroom in the basement and a larger upstairs master bedroom.

Both rooms are available separately for individuals wanting to move in. The master bedroom is priced at 750 and the basement at 700. Utilities are expected to be in the range of $80 - $120 at most on the worst months and that is with 4 current gamers in the house. All utilities are included in this such as internet.

Is a safe place to keep your stuff and sleep. All personal doors have locks and anyone moving in is expected to uphold a high standard of ethics. Any conflicts will be handled swiftly through me if roommates are unable to reach a conclusion themselves.

A bit about myself is that i’m a 29 year old male. I work as an aircraft maintenance engineer and work rotational shifts, however am currently injured and on WCB for the next few months. While I mostly keep to myself and play video games or watch shows in my room, some of my other active hobbies are recreational shooting and riding my motorbike around for day trips with my friends. I am also an active member of the reserves.
