Looking for someone to take the 2nd room in a 2 b/b condo in the Lakeshore and Parklawn area.

Location is 10 mins to downtown and 14 mins (2 stops) to Union Station by GO train and about 4 mins from the Mimico GO station.

The unit is about 900sqft and has amazing views. You will have your own private balcony. The living room and kitchen are already furnished; you only need to furnish your room and bathroom.

The building has amenities such as a gym, sauna, games room, party room, yoga, outdoor pool, barbecue area, etc.

Hydro, wifi, and water bills will be shared between the two roommates.
