You’d have two rooms to choose from. 135 sq ft or 108 sq ft. Both have big windows, lots of natural light. We could chat about you using one for a bedroom and one for an office or storage. Lots of space in the house. We would share the main floor, kitchen and laundry. Large, well-kept backyard. 10 minute walk to C-Train. Lots of street parking.

I am a 40-something sales rep. Very friendly and easy going. Non-smoker. Biking and music are my main interests. There is a resident senior cat in the house.
