You’d have two rooms to choose from. 135 sq ft or 108 sq ft. Both have a big window, lots of natural light. We could chat about you using one for a bedroom and one for an office or storage. There is a bed, desk and book shelf available for you to use if you need. Otherwise, rooms will be empty for you. Lots of space in the house. We would share the main floor, kitchen and laundry (in basement). Large, well-kept backyard. 10 minute walk to C-Train, 2 min walk to a bus stop. Lots of street parking.

I am a 40-something sales rep. Very friendly and easy going. Non-smoker. Biking and music are my main interests. There is a resident senior cat in the house. Sorry no other pets!
