This cute bright clean home is located near downtown Kelowna. It’s a hop, skip and a jump to restaurants, No Frills, the Capri mall and more. The house is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom bungalow. This bright bedroom is located upstairs on the north side of the house, so it does not get too hot. The street is quiet and the neighbours are lovely. The house has central air conditioning. I have two cats. Utilities and sundry are included in rent. I provide all laundry soap, cleaning products, hand soap, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper and paper towel. Our home is a scent free space due to allergies.

I am a professional who works with kids and adults in the mental health sector. I make most of my food from scratch. I love hiking, camping, gardening, reading and crafting. I don’t drink or smoke or party. My home is my sanctuary. The rooms are mostly rented to students and we all work together to keep the yard tidy (about 2-3 hours a month) and the house clean.
