This cute bright house is located near downtown Kelowna. It’s a hop, skip and a jump to restaurants, No Frills, the Capri mall and more. The house is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom bungalow. This bright master bedroom is located upstairs. The street is quiet and the neighbours are lovely. The house has central air conditioning. I have two cats. Utilities and sundry are included in rent. I provide all laundry soap, cleaning products, hand soap, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper and paper towel. Our home is a scent free space due to allergies.

I am a professional who works with kids and adults in the mental health sector. I make most of my food from scratch. I love hiking, camping, gardening, reading and crafting. I don’t drink or smoke or party. My home is my sanctuary. The rooms are mostly rented to students and we all work together to keep the yard tidy (about 2-3 hours a month) and the house clean.
