About the room

1 room available for rent in a co-ed 3 bdrm basement by Pembina/Windermere. Peaceful and safe neighborhood. Good for UfM, MITT or young professionals.

Currently basement occupants are a super chill girl and a guy and same on main floor- all from different parts of the world. So hoping to get someone comfortable with all that. Not in a rush to rent, just prefer to get someone compatible for current occupants.

MITACS students are welcome.

-Available rigth away -All utilities and laundry included -Ideal for students or working professionals -3 mins walk to the bus stop on Pembina hwy.

  • rapid transit station is Beaumont about 10 mins walk -Can be furnished with bed/mattress or u can bring your own -Quiet and peaceful space
