Within 1 minute walking distance of LCBO, Starbucks, All banks, other shops/restaurants. 10 minute walk to St.Clair West Station, 10 minute walk to Loblaws. Apartment is very spacious, living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 shared bathroom and three private bedrooms. Internet, Tenant Insurance, and Hydro not included. Internet about 16.95/monthly. Tenant insurance 6.30/monthly. Hydro 20-50/monthly depending on season.
