I am looking for a quiet, courteous roommate to share a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. The condo is just off the intersection of Highway 33 and Rutland, Roadmaking it close to all the major amenities in Kelowna. The room rental comes with a covered parking space, your own personal bathroom and free use of the living area and kitchenware. All utilities are included in the listed price.

I own a full barbell weight set, exercise bike, adjustable dumbbells and a squat rack if you want to work out from home.

I am a 31-year-old guy who will start a master’s program at UBC Okanagan in the fall. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, hiking, and board games.
