I am seeking a quiet, kind, courteous roommate to share a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. The condo is centrally located at the intersection of Highway 33 and Rutland. With a 10-minute drive to UBC Okanagan and a 15-minute drive to Downtown, you are just a few minutes away from where you want to be.

The room rental includes a covered parking space and a storage space outside the condo. You also have your own personal bathroom that has just been renovated, a shared living area, and kitchenware. All utilities are included in the listed price.

I am a 33-year-old guy doing a master’s program at UBC Okanagan. Currently, I am a graduate research assistant at UBC Okanagan, and I help coordinate events and research. I play tennis, board games, and hike in my free time. When I want to recharge, I enjoy staying in and watching great films and TV shows.
