*Love the outdoors? Year-round, covered deck to enjoy the spectacular ocean views and fresh breezes. Visit with deer in front yard or under the shade of the carport or umbrellas on the flagstone patio. A super convenient, 2-minute walk to a tiny gem of a lake with a 20-minute forest trail through tall trees. Several beachfront walking trails, a few minutes drive away.

  • Hi-speed Internet option $45/month (or use your own). Tons of kitchen storage space and includes use of dishes, large and small appliances including a fridge shared with one person and a new washer dryer. Check out the huge (also ocean-view!) chef’s dream kitchen, with use of dishes and appliances, including a new washer and dryer.
