Recreation center with pool,gym,library and skating 5min walk. Quite neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Close to Algonquin College 10min bus ride also close to Carlton University 25min. Front and backyard maintained to enjoy with pool. Walkway and driveways snow clear for easy hassel free entry throughout winter.netflix internet and toiletries with cleaning products for kitchen and bathrooms supplied.laundry room with washer and dryer in home.kitchen pots,pans, dishes,cutlery,glass ect all furnished.

Full time working roomate, friendly and respectful. Like food,sports, exercise. I don’t smoke and only social drink.like to be around people and enjoy company also quite time. Looking foward to new roomies perferbly students or young working professionals.
