We have a beautifully furnished executive room available now in a large private home in South Vancouver. The room features full
Size desk, dresser, large closet , and a large west-facing window with excellent natural light. It’s particularly well suited to someone who works from home, studies or has creative projects.
This is much more than a conventional shared house. The home is set up around both privacy and lifestyle, so working from home doesn’t mean spending your entire life in your bedroom. When the workday is finished, you can step outside to a large deep-water swimming and diving pool, use the home gym, relax in the sauna or hot tub, watch a movie in the home theatre, or enjoy the games room, pool table, cards or poker type games. There are extensive indoor and outdoor living areas and plenty of other extras you simply don’t find in an average shared Vancouver home.
The household is international, friendly, independent and respectful, with people from professional, entrepreneurial and creative backgrounds. Everyone has their own life and private space, while there is also a genuinely social atmosphere when people feel like getting together.
Digital creatives are especially welcome. If you’re involved in digital art, AI-assisted creative production, animation, filmmaking, graphic design, photography, music, writing, 3D, gaming, content creation or other creative technology, we’d particularly enjoy hearing from you. There are already creative and digital projects happening within the house, so exchanging ideas, skills and occasionally collaborating on projects can be a natural bonus of living here.
You certainly don’t need to work in a creative field. What matters most is finding someone friendly, responsible, clean, communicative and respectful who enjoys living in a beautiful shared home.
The house is conveniently located near transit, shopping and colleges, with easy access throughout Vancouver. Single occupancy. A 12-month occupancy is preferred, although there is some flexibility for the right person. Utilities and shared household expenses are additional and divided among the occupants.
We start with a short Zoom call so we can meet each other, show you more of the house and see whether it feels like a good fit in both directions before arranging an in-person viewing.
If this sounds like your kind of home, send me a little about yourself, what you do, your intended move date, how long you’re looking to stay and what you’re hoping to find in a shared household.
