so it’s a three bedroom apartment on Finlayson arm Road, I am renting out two bedrooms to one tenant so you would have two rooms private to yourself. The rest of the house is shared. We have a full bathroom with a tub as well as a washer and a dryer with a full kitchen with dishwasher. Hydro is included in your rent. Unfortunately, I’m not welcoming cats or dogs. I already have a dog here. He does not do well with other animals, but if you have a small caged pet totally fine by me.

I don’t mind if you smoke or drink just as long as you’re not smoking in the actual apartment there’s a small deck area where I have some plants out you’re welcome to throw plants out there and then the property is 2 1/2 acres of space you’re welcome to throw a shed up or store project vehicles, you will need a car to live here unless you’re a strong cyclist. Very peaceful location in the woods very quiet and beautiful. I am open to short term rentals as well!

Just me living here with my dog! I will be off work for the month of August but come September I start work again. I work 3 PM to 11 PM so please be OK with a little bit of noise at night. Of course I keep it as quiet as possible, but there might be some movement when I come back home from work otherwise I’m pretty chill. very much a go with the flow kind of person . on weekends i spend time with my dog or I see my friends :) try to spend time in nature fishing or just walking! I also like to knit sew and crochet ✨🫶
