We’re Irie Location, and we’ve been renting furnished rooms and apartments in Montreal since 2015. We specialize in comfortable, all-inclusive shared living for students and young professionals, mostly in Côte-des-Neiges and Villeray, close to UdeM, HEC, Polytechnique and the metro.
Our roommates come from all over the world. Most are students or young professionals in their early twenties, and they tend to be tidy, respectful and easygoing. Some like keeping to themselves after a long day of classes, others enjoy cooking together or hanging out in the common area. There’s a good balance of social time and quiet time.
