We’re Irie Location, and we’ve been renting furnished rooms and apartments in Montreal since 2015. We specialize in comfortable, all-inclusive shared living for students and young professionals, mostly in Côte-des-Neiges and Villeray, close to UdeM, HEC, Polytechnique and the metro.

We keep our apartments well maintained and include a cleaning service, so no one has to argue about chores. Everything is furnished and all-inclusive, which means you can move in with just your suitcase and settle in right away.
