Included in the rent: Electricity, hot water, unlimited WiFi, appliances, dishwasher, stove, kitchenware and utensils, and a cleaning service for the common areas. Laundry is in the basement ($1.50 per wash or dry).
The apartment: A 72 m² 4-bedroom on the 2nd floor of a small building, with a very bright kitchen and plenty of storage (two closets in the hallway plus one in the kitchen).
The neighbourhood: Right in the heart of Côte-des-Neiges, under 15 minutes on foot to HEC, and close to UdeM and Polytechnique. Groceries, pharmacies and banks are all within walking distance, so no car needed.
Your future roommates: An international, easygoing crowd, mostly students. Several of our other apartments are in the same building, so there are always people around to meet.
