Companionship only, nothing sexual. 3-bedroom condo, over 1,000 sq. ft. I use the 3rd bedroom as my living room. You would have a private bedroom, full bathroom, and large living room; only the bathtub is shared. All included except parking. Great building amenities: pool, sauna, weight room, games room, workshop, rooftop garden, party room, guest suites, and car wash. Euchre, darts, and exercise classes in the penthouse. Very convenient location: cinema next door, Bayshore, Shoppers, Dollarama, and Andrew Haydon Park about 5 minutes away. Bicycle path across the road with beautiful sunset views. I also dog sit a 7-year-old, 10 lb hypoallergenic Morkie who doesn’t shed.
