(note photo of bedroom uses AI to give an idea of how to separate sleeping/closet area from front-sitting room. It is a large, rectangular room with two windows facing the sunny front yard.)

PRIVACY - your area is six steps down from the front entrance and no one walks past your door.

We love, nature, quiet evenings, relaxing in our bedrooms. Shared kitchen, social room, deck and yard….are set up for easy socializing and hanging out while preparing a gourmet meal (or frozen pizza!) while chatting with your housemate or visitors.

We moved in recently and are still chopping down the neglected front yard and unpacking. Common flat surfaces (counters/floors) are kept clean and cleared for the next person’s use.

Cats and two kind teens in home. House is at maximum for pets, but you are welcome to enjoy our cats companionship!
