New build with high ceilings, large windows, and a huge patio, close to major shopping centres (Walmart, Superstore and Thrifties for groceries and a mall for everything else), bus routes, entertainment, parks/trails and universities. Lots of amenities in the building including quiet spaces, lounges, a rooftop patio with a bbq and fire pit, and outdoor quiet space (yoga area and private trail), and large fully equipped indoor gym. Within a 15 minute walk to the new John Horgan campus and a short bus ride, bike or scooter ride, or drive to Royal Roads University. The Victoria General Hospital is the nearest hospital and is at about a 10 minute drive. About a 25 minute drive to Royal Jubilee Hospital. You’d have your own bedroom, double closet, and the bathroom with a tub! Guests would use your washroom very occasionally only if you allow it. There is a washer and drier in our suite and a bathtub in your bathroom. We also have a full size stove/oven, huge kitchen sink, dishwasher, fridge and electric heating.

Located in the Belmont Market outdoor mall with many restaurants, health care offices (like the dentist), coffee shops, pizza places, and bakeries next door. We’re right next to Thrifties too which means that groceries are very easy to get (you don’t even have to leave our parking lot!). An indoor mall is right across the street and so are more food places and banks. Heat, water and wifi is included in this price!

I have no pets! The building is smoke free and so am I. I like keeping my space very clean and am hoping you do too (I like white fluffy things and light coloured carpets and furniture, so cleanliness is a must because most things will stain and it will show). If this ad is up this place is available!
