Situated on a quiet street in the Beaches, this house is a block from the beach and is steps from amenities such as TTC, grocery store, cafes, restaurants and more. The room is located in the basement and also included in your space is a den plus 3-piece bathroom. Laundry is shared. I have two respectful children and we are generally quiet from 9pm to 7am. This bedroom is part of a large luxury detached home and the kitchen is shared. One parking spot is included. Ideally looking for a female who is sociable, but also appreciates a balance of conversation and quiet. Tenancy would be month to month with a minimum two months notice from me in terms of any changes. Open to move-in part way through the month; rent would be prorated. Note that furnishings include the bed, night table and the items seen in the den area (desk, computer and chair not included). Access to other closets (i.e. front hall) also included. You would also have use of the backyard.

I am a working professional and single mom. My daughters are 11 and 14, and half of the time they live with their dad. They are very social and enjoy being around people, as do I - we are all super friendly :) I also appreciate quiet and would be looking for the same in a roommate during sleeping hours.
