We’re looking to sublet a private room + office in a shared apartment in the Plateau.
The move-in date can be mid-August or September 1st. We are looking for subletters willing to commit to a 12-month term.

The layout is two full bedrooms, one office room, a living room, kitchen, bathroom (sink & toilet) and shower room (bathtub/shower and washer/dryer). There is also a small front yard/patio and a bit of space in the back by the BBQ. This apartment is located right inside the heart of the Plateau. In the warm months, the neighborhood is alive and bustling with people. Mont-Royal avenue closes for cars and becomes a lively walking street, parks are full of sports games and picnics, and birdsong is always within earshot. In the wintertime there is easy access to activities such as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and ice skating/hockey rinks nearby.

The neighbors here are quite chill, we’ve never once gotten a noise complaint, and it is rare to hear any noise through the walls or the ceiling.
We’re moving provinces, so we’re hoping to find roomies that are already paired up or a single roomie open to finding another roomie to share the space.
