We’re looking to transfer our lease! Move-in date is August 1 2026.

Our lease renews on September 1, so the first month will be a bit cheaper ($1926), and then you will be on a 12 month lease starting in September with the total rent price at $2010 going forwards.

The layout is two full bedrooms, one office room, a living room, kitchen, bathroom (sink & toilet) and shower room (bathtub/shower and washer/dryer). There is also a small front yard/patio and a bit of space in the back by the BBQ. We had been splitting the rent three ways, with one couple taking up a bedroom and the office, and a single tenant occupying the other room. It’s up to you if you want to split the place with roomies or just move into the space on your own. But strictly legally speaking the office cannot be used as a third tenant’s bedroom.

This apartment is located right inside the heart of the Plateau. In the warm months, the neighborhood is alive and bustling with people, Mont-Royal avenue closes for cars and becomes a lively walking street, parks are full of sports games and picnics, and birdsong is always within earshot. In the wintertime there is easy access to activities such as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and ice skating/hockey rinks nearby.

Within easy walking distance, there are:

• Grocery stores and essentials like Maxi, Pharmaprix, Sabor Latino, Frenco, Segal’s Market
• Jeanne-Mance Park
• Mont Royal park
• Mont-Royal Metro Station (roughly 10 minute walk)
• Multiple gyms, some are 24/7
• Thriving nightlife, clubs and bars
• Lots of great restaurants nearby, like Beauty’s, Wilensky’s, Schwartz’s, Fairmount Bagels, Kahwa Cafe, Coco Rico, Singh’s Indian Cuisine, Zeez etc.

Overall we have really enjoyed living in this apartment, we are only moving out because we are moving provinces. The neighbors here are quite chill, we’ve never once gotten a noise complaint, and it is rare to hear any noise through the walls or the ceiling.
