Shared condo can move out without notice as long as you finish that month 2 months notice from me.

I’m looking for a male late 50s or 60s to share my condo. I’m looking for a male as they are able to fix things. That’s the one thing I miss about my husband. I do women stuff they do fixing. Preferably 50 years and up. It’s a three-bedroom condo overlooking the Ottawa River. One bedroom has been turned into a den which I use as my living room. You would have the large living room, the bathroom except the shower we share and your bedroom. Not looking for somebody who parties or a heavy drinker can’t tolerate drunks. Somebody upbeat, not moody, someone who enjoys life as I do. Rent paid on the 1st of the month first and last when moving in.

Well maintained condo with many amenities Cool, shower, sauna, work room, roof garden, penthouse, guest suites, gym, games room, car wash and many others.
