I am looking for the most awesome of human to rent out a spare bedroom in my top floor condo. Get this - the condo has high vaulted ceilings, a large gorgeous kitchen with a handy eat-over bar and I want you to bring your pets!!! WHAT? I know, right? I love animals and am tired of hearing about people having to give up their pets just to find a place to live. So as long as your pets are 25 pounds or less and not assholes, you can bring them!

This unit will be available feb 1.

But honestly, does it really get better than being on the top floor? Ya know it doesn’t! Bragging rights are yours when you get the best view in the building. Not to mention no noise from upstairs neighbours stomping above you at all hours of the night! My condo is located in the downtown core of Maple Ridge, walking distance to everything in the centre including transit and west coast express.

It is barely 10 years old, bright, spacious and it comes with access to a BONUS bike storage room right inside the underground! It features light cabinets, dramatic backsplash, stainless steel appliances, built in microwave, laminate flooring in main areas and tile in the kitchen and bath. Comes with plenty of street parking, and in suite laundry.

I’m telling you - it’s what dreams and hopes are made of! Okay, well maybe not, but downtown living with pets is pretty darn close!! What more can one really ask for?

I think the condo is pretty great, so I am looking for an equally great Roommate. Cute pets will definitely score browny points, no word of a lie. I am a sucker for furry friends.

You’re probably stoked by now and can’t wait to email me but, wait - pay attention to the next part. It’s important! I will only rent to someone who is ALL of the following:

QUIET, respectful, either retired or professionally employed, law-abiding and just all around a nice person with a kick ass vibe. After all, I gotta live with you!

Last but not least, I may also use my spidey senses during my interview process with you sooo … ya, you gotta be pretty much a stellar human.

Ideally you are in your 40s so that we might relate better, but it doesn’t really matter. I don’t cook meat so if by any chance you’re vegetarian, I’ll think I’ve died and gone to heaven. But if you must cook meat, just leave the fan on while you cook and it’s gonna be ok :)
