I am renting out one super big bedroom on the semi-basement of my house in Etobicoke (west side of Toronto). Intersection: Bloor Street West /Islington Avenue

The house is about a 5-minute walk to Line 2 Islington subway station, and around 20 minutes by subway to downtown. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and close to a small park.

Utilities and unlimited internet are included; laundry available. Private bathroom; shared kitchen (with the homeowner) 1200/month (I don’t negotiate the price)
