I’m looking for a friendly, responsible, and vegetarian female to share a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo starting September 1.

About the Home ▪️2 bed, 2 bath condo ▪️Only 2 people will be living in the unit (Me & other female tenant that I am looking for ▪️Tenant will have their own independent room, washroom and balcony ▪️Clean, comfortable, and respectful living environment Rent of room: $1400 + utilities

Looking For Someone Who ▪️Is friendly, considerate, and easy to get along with ▪️Believes the home should feel like it belongs to both of us ▪️Enjoys a warm, positive atmosphere while also respecting each other’s privacy ▪️Helps keep shared spaces clean and tidy ▪️Is comfortable with occasional guests, with advance notice to each other ▪️It would be lovely if we could occasionally cook together, go for walks, or simply chat after work—but there’s absolutely no pressure. Mutual respect and good communication are most important.

About Me I’m a 30-year-old working professional in hybrid setup who is vegetarian, friendly, and enjoys a relaxed, family-like home environment. I’m pretty chill and laid-back. Most of the times, I am up for a good chat or hanging out—whether it’s grabbing coffee, or just vibing. At the other time, I like to have my me time. I like to keep the place clean and neat.
