This property is great for students, being a 2 minute walk from the 112 bus line, and an 8 minute bus ride to Algonquin College, and 35 minutes to Carleton. If you have a car, we got space for it in the driveway. The house is very open and doesn’t feel crammed whatsoever. 1.5 washrooms, in-house laundry, fully furnished (kitchen, living room, dining room). Has cooling and heating Has a basement for storage if needed Large open backyard , great for hanging out, has a bbq Right near a variety of grocery stores like foodland, Walmart, metro, and no frills.

About the roomies

There are three of us living here, all students at Algonquin and Carleton in our last year, aged 21–22. During the week we’re usually hanging out, working, or doing school work. We’re pretty tidy and clean up after ourselves. The place is kept in good shape overall—not perfect all the time, but we stay fairly organized with keeping the bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas clean. We’re pretty laid back and social, but everyone also does their own thing and we respect each other’s space. We’re looking for someone around our age who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
