One parking spot is available on the parking pad and the other would be on the street. No smoking of any kind or drug use of any kind is allowed in or on the premises - nor parties or heavy drinking. Currently furnished, but can be empty is you have your own furniture.

The landlord lives upstairs and the home is fairly quiet. The neighbourhood is respectable and quiet too. Buses are nearby. Your bicycle and a few other things could be stored in the garage.
