Private, unfurnished room available in a furnished 2 Bedroom apartment in downtown Lindsay. The room comes with a small entry/storage room as well. Shared bathroom with one other roommate. Second floor apartment with stair access, no elevator. 5 minute walk from the laundromat and grocery store. 30 minute walk from Fleming College’s Frost Campus.
I’m a trans student starting at Fleming College’s Fish and Wildlife Technician program. My cat Cleo lives in the apartment as well and does not get along with other pets unfortunately. Ideally looking for a fellow student to share the apartment with but as long as you are clean and respectful I am open to whoever. I don’t smoke tobacco but I do enjoy burning incense and candles.
