Room is available for single occupant (ONLY) , nonsmoker and social drinkers (ONLY) , absolutely NO recreational drugs or cannabis, . NO pets. Must be clean and cleanup after themselves especially in shared spaces. I am very social but will respect ones privacy and looking for the same in a tenant.
