This is a family residence with two homes on the property. The property owners live in the rear residence, while the front home—where the two bedrooms for rent are located—is occupied by adult siblings and roommates.
One of the current roommates is a female graduate student at the University of Alberta. She enjoys decorating and cooking, is easy to get along with, and takes pride in keeping the home clean and tidy. Another roommate lives in the basement and works full-time while attending school part-time. He enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and is rarely home.
