Central location. Transit across the street and skytrain is less than 10min by foot. Near the seawall and Stanley Park. Shopping, groceries, cafes, gyms, etc all within walking distance.

High ceilings and lots of natural light. Well maintained. Simply furnished bdrm (bed, desk, night table). Full kitchen. In-suite laundry. One bike stall available.

Mature roommate. Easy to get along with. Expectations are that you clean up after yourself and be respectful. I dont entertain at home and expect the same. No overnight guests. No drama. No smoking/vaping on the property.

Mature roommate who is home only a few days per week. Im respectful, low-key, and open to good conversation when around. I value privacy/discretion and honesty. Have had great luck with roommates who hv stayed anywhere from 9 months to 3years (with one short term exception of 3months). Hoping to continue this trend.
