Seeking roommate– NE Calgary | $750/month all-inclusive

My daughter is moving out September 15th, so I’m looking for a roommate to share my home with. Available October 1st

The room is unfurnished and comfortably fits a queen-size bed, you’ll have your own bathroom with a shower and bathtub as I have a ensuite. The bathroom would occasionally be used by guests when people are over.

The house has a washer and dryer, a small green space with a deck, shed for storage and one parking spot. It’s also conveniently located close to a bus stop, stony trail bike path and close to gas stations, Co-op and fast food establishments

I’m hoping to find someone who is friendly, social and enjoys having someone around, but is also quiet, respectful and independent. I enjoy being social and having a chat, but I also like having a peaceful and comfortable home.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, responsible and respectful of shared spaces and who wants a home they can feel comfortable in.
