Property is a 2 bed 1.5 bath. The unit is on the lower level of the condo so it has a relatively cooler temperature in the summer. With zero direct sunlight half the time. Your rent would be for a single private room that has a small closet. So in addition, the hallway closet would also be yours. I do have my own half bath. Meaning I have my own toilet and sink. But the washroom in the hallway will be used to share the shower/bathtub. And have one cupboard for my shower refills. But for the most part it would be your own. I will use my own toilet and have my toothbrush in my own washroom. We do have a washer and dryer in the unit. Wifi and Utilities are separate. As I just moved in I don’t have the cost breakdown just yet. The room is currently unfurnished, but if you are a perfect vibe match and wish to have a bed, lamp and dresser provided. I would be willing to buy that for you.
My goal with the place is to make it the most cozy and aesthetically pleasing place to hang and unwind. So I have just bought a super cozy couch from Costco and I’m the next month I plan on buying a new Table set so that we can host dinner parties with the friends. I do have some free weights and a desk in the living room. So if you work from home. Or want a place to study. You can do so. We also have a super tiny solarium and a small outdoor patio. So you could try to get a tan or we can make it into a garden oasis once the inside is completely transformed.
The property as a whole is on Kingsway next to Joyce Collingwood. Close to lots of Restaurants, Transit, Grocery Store & Shops. As well as a gas station. There could potentially be a stall you could rent in the below ground car park. Otherwise there is street parking.
Ideally I am hoping to find a female roommate whom wouldn’t mind my female besties coming over. Often enough for lowkey hangouts or dinner parties. And whom would love and enjoy the aesthetic of the place as much as myself. But if you are a guy and willing to maintain the feel I hope to give the place then I am willing to consider you.

Just me, Jay. 30. Working in the film industry. Both union and non union. So reality, series, and features. I have long days 12-15 hours. Or I could be in another city for days or weeks at a time. Meaning you may forget I even exist. Love summer activities such as camping and paddle boarding. Love board games and binge watching shows. Except for the stuff I have worked on. I try not to watch. I’m super chill, and love my alone time. But I also enjoy being able to be friends with my roommate.
