Shared Kitchen, Shower, Living Room (Brand New Couch) , desk, Dining area (The picture of the table set will be ordered next month) and a tiny uncovered patio. Place has plenty of windows for lots of natural light.

Great location! Central to almost anywhere you may wanna go. It’s pretty much at the intersection of Joyce and Kingsway. 15 min walk to the Joyce Skytrain station. And less than a block walking distance to catch busses heading to Metro Town (19 Bus), Downtown Vancouver (19 Bus) , UBC (R4 or 41 Buses) . Prime location for students or working Professionals without a car. And if you do have a car. There is plenty of street parking.

Currently furnishing the shared space. Just bought a brand new cozy couch from Costco. And plan on buying the Transformer table from Costco also. Ideally making this place the best place to host a dinner party. As friends-giving is right around the corner. I am holding off on buying things like new curtains. But should you be interested but don’t like the curtains in your room. Or you want your room blacked out. I’ll invest in stuff to help keep the vibes immaculate.

The bedroom could be furnished. I would be willing to buy a Bed, dresser and Lamp for the person who I vibe with the most and is hoping to stay long term. Be a friend not just a roommate. With that said. I do still love my alone time.

The names Jr. In my early 30s, work in film. So spend a lot of time out of the house. So during a work week. You may never see me. I can be gone for days if not weeks at a time to film out of town. If I’m home I enjoy watching shows and movies assuming I have never worked on them. I don’t party, however I do like to have small intimate gatherings with my closest friends. Aka Dinner parties and Movie nights. Currently trying to curate the place to give off a cozy and yet enjoyable presence to be in. Must buy a lot more things. But over the next year. It will be THE VIBES! I do also like to camp and paddle board in the summer.
