The apartment must be kept clean and tidy and in good condition at all times. Messes and food splatter must be cleaned up immediately. Weekly cleaning of bathroom, kitchenette and living area must be done weekly. Floor must be vacuumed and mopped. Footwear not allowed and must remain on the doormat. Garbage and recycling must be disposed of in a timely manner.

I am particular, therefore I seek someone respectful and responsible, who will not destroy the place.

Move in is flexible for October 2026, upon professional reference checks. First and final month rent due upon rental agreement. Month-to-month, e-transfer.
