I always select renters very carefully (who are polite, tidy, quiet), which creates a good home environment. The housemates are from other countries (females and males, from Canada, Ukraine, India). You will not see most of them when you are home, because they are either not home or stay in their comfortable rooms, there is no loud noise or parties. Most of the time the house is tidy, clean, uncrowded, quiet, unsmelly kitchen. I usually select a mix of different cultures so that housemates are more mindful of what they do. I always receive good reviews for this house. Some have been living in this house for 3 years, some are flight attendants. Even if you visit the house during normal dinner time, the kitchen may also be unoccupied.
