Sask Polytech is less than a 5-minute walk away, so it’s a great location for a student or trades student working through an apprenticeship.

Good-sized private room available for $750/month, including heat in my heritage-style loft apartment. The apartment is above a clean, well-managed store with only one other residential unit in the building. It has lots of character and, while it isn’t fancy or newly renovated, it’s clean, comfortable and has plenty of space. I still have a bit of work I want to do on the kitchen, but overall it’s a comfortable place to call home.

The room is private and unfurnished, with enough space for a double bed, desk and additional furniture. We’ll share the kitchenette, living room and bathroom, and there’s also a small fenced outdoor area shared with the other unit.

There isn’t shared laundry in the apartment, but there’s a laundromat right across the street. I do have laundry in my room and can help out with a limited amount of laundry when needed.

The apartment is in the W 33rd Street area between Caswell Hill and Mayfair, close to shops, restaurants and everyday services.

I have an indoor cat, and one small, litter-trained indoor cat is welcome as long as our cats get along.

I’m looking for a male student or someone working full-time who wants a comfortable place to call home. Ideally, we can be friendly and respectful while still giving each other our own space and privacy.

About Me

I’m in my mid-20s, work full-time at a car dealership and am also joining the Canadian Army Reserve. I’m friendly and social, but also appreciate having my own space sometimes.

I’m pretty easy-going and am looking for someone similar. Someone who is responsible, cleans up after themselves and would be comfortable sharing a home rather than just passing each other in the hallway. Mostly, I’m just looking for a good roommate fit and someone who wants a comfortable, affordable place to call home.
