Large fenced back yard with bbq and picnic table for use. 1 block to langford bus exchange. Very central in langford grocerie stores, westshore mall and other places within short walk. Bedroom faces backyard so it doesn’t get the road noise from dunford ave and jacklin rd.

It is only a two bedroom so it’s just meatball and myself. Meatballs is my english bulldog. He’s 6, very well behaved and people are his favorite thing. He is a typical loving, lazy, playful and goofy bulldog. He loves naps, short walks, his saucer swing in the backyard and treats. I’m a full time trades worker. I am originally from saskatoon and I moved here a few years ago. This half of the duplex is the first place I rented when I came to the island. I am pretty relaxed and I don’t have many guests so the place is pretty relaxed. Not alot going on accept my dog and I hanging out or him sleeping while im at work.
