Large, clean 2-bedroom apartment in Etobicoke, about a 7-minute walk from Islington Subway Station.

The available room is the smaller private bedroom. It does not have a private washroom. The apartment has 1.5 bathrooms — the larger bedroom has the half washroom, while the main full bathroom is shared. Since we have access to the half washroom in our room, we mainly use the full bathroom for showers, so day-to-day bathroom sharing is fairly limited.

The apartment also has a spacious living/dining area, balcony, kitchen, storage, and air conditioning.

The building includes an indoor pool, gym, squash court, table tennis, saunas, laundry, 24-hour security, on-site management, convenience store, pharmacy, courtyard, and green space.

Rent: $1,100/month with parking included. Utilities are separate and split equally between everyone living in the apartment

We are a couple living in the larger bedroom. We’re clean, respectful and easygoing, and we’re looking for someone similar.

We prefer someone who is working or studying, responsible with rent, keeps shared spaces clean, and respects everyone’s privacy. We’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable home environment.
