The location is great for people who work in the tourist area, are students at the University of Niagara Falls, or work in the local downtown area. The house is in a cul-de-sac, backed by green space, in a calm and quiet neighbourhood. There are six rooms in total, one person per room (no couples), with two shared bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious, with three fridges and ample space. Laundry is available on the first floor. Only one room is available for October 1st.
