Bright, comfortable two-bedroom apartment in a super convenient Mimico location. You’ll have your own private bedroom, with a shared bathroom and coin laundry available in the building.

We’re right by Royal York at Mimico Ave bus stop, and Mimico GO Station is only about a 10-minute walk away, so getting downtown is really easy. There’s a NoFrills right next to the house as well. A great spot if you want a quieter neighbourhood while still being well connected to the city.

Hi! I’m an Illustrator and Designer and work from home. Outside of work, I’m usually climbing (always down for a climbing buddy), reading a book, listening to music or watching a good movie. I’m pretty easygoing and like the apartment to feel relaxed, friendly and comfortable rather than just somewhere we happen to live.

You’ll also be sharing the place with two cats, so being a cat person (or at least happily cat-tolerant!) is definitely a plus. Looking for someone friendly, respectful and easy to live with who’ll feel at home here.

Bonus points if you’re into board games, always nice to have someone around for the occasional game night.
