It is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the 3rd floor ( top ) located in Abbotsford. The apartment is of a decent size with a sizable deck, & gas fireplace. There is an available underground parking spot, & storage locker. as well aa functioning elevator.

Although I am already settled into the apartment, I’m open to & would like to discuss the “division” of the communal spaces, as well as what room you’d like & /or works best for you. Obviously I’d like to make this as fair & like a home to each other as possible, taking everything into account.

The apartment building is pet friendly. When I first moved in the landlord said, cats & small to medium dogs were allowed with a pet deposit, now that could have changed & would need to be discussed. I myself am allergic to cats, so I’d be extremely hesitant on allowing them, & unfortunately need to take that into consideration when picking a new roommates.

My name is Devon. I’m a 28 year old male.

I’m quiet & can be quite introverted, but enjoy socializing in shorter bursts. I enjoy open & honest communication & I’m open to sharing with respect & boundaries, when appropriate. If our schedules line up I’m willing to cook communal meals, especially if it’s to pick up slack or pre arranged in our group chores. I would prefer communication regarding guests even if it is just a heads up, I will do the same. I value my personal space, & by extension will respect yours. I would like to make our communal space as calm & warming to each other as possible.

What previously mentioned is an ideal & I am open to discussing different living arrangements. Unfortunately I’m quite allergic to cats.

I am currently on P.W.D & in the process of going back to school.
