Large room on the main floor, has a closet and a single bed, a dresser, and a small desk. It has a huge 4k TV and lots of storage

Kitchen shared with 1 small family. Washroom shared with the same family. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves

Neighborhood is quiet, residential with lots of street parking and has a corner store < 5 min walk.

20 min walk to Main subway station 10 min walk to Tailor Creek Park (one of Toronto’s biggest wild parks). You can get downtown in about 40 minutes via subway.

Proximity to downtown without the problems of downtown!
