Private unfurnished room available November 1 in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment near Lawrence Ave E & Kingston Rd in Scarborough. The apartment is on the 14th floor and has a comfortable shared living/dining area, kitchen and storage space. The bedroom itself is unfurnished, so you would need to bring your own bed and bedroom furniture. However, the rest of the apartment is already furnished, including the living room and kitchen, with shared household items such as dishes, cups, cookware and other basic kitchen essentials available for use. You will have your own toilet and sink area, while the bathtub/shower is shared. Rent is $700/month. Heat and water are included. Hydro and internet are not included in the rent and are shared 50/50 between the two of us. The apartment is generally quiet, clean and relaxed. Laundry is available in the building. Parking may also be available separately through building management: • Indoor parking: approximately $125/month • Outdoor parking: approximately $100/month The location is convenient for TTC and close to grocery stores, Shoppers Drug Mart, restaurants, banks, LCBO, Dollarama and other everyday amenities.
