The apartment is on the second floor (which is the highest floor) and it is a 4-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment. The kitchen and living room is fully furnished, but the room that is being rented out will not be furnished. The living room includes a TV, and the the kitchen includes an oven, microwave and a fridge. There is also a laundry and a dryer that is free for everyone in the apartment to use!
The rent is $3500 total divided between the 4 roommates ($875), and 87.75 for wifi, and approximately $100 for hydro. In total, it does NOT go over $950 per month. All payments regarding the apartment will be divided equally. The rent is a month to month basis
There are 3 roommates that you will be living with!
We are all females and have lived together for 1 year. This means we have most things sorted out! (yayy) We are all very clean, and have a rotating chore list so that everyone contributes to the house equally. We are also very open about guests as long as we are notified. One of us is a plant lover! So the house feels lively :) (you will NOT have to take care of them haha) Also, we are very adapting to one’s needs (for example quiet hour during exam season IF someone requests it)
