The entire basement is for the occupant’s private use and includes: • King-size bed • Private bathroom • Private washer and dryer • Desk/workspace area • Dresser and shelving • Hardwood floors • Furnished throughout

The kitchen is located on the main floor and shared with three other adults who occupy bedrooms on the upper level. The basement is accessed from inside the home via its own door and staircase, and other household members do not access the basement.

A great option for someone looking for more privacy and space than a typical room rental, particularly someone needing a comfortable short-term furnished stay in Toronto.

There are cats and dogs in the home. Pets do not access the basement.
